1. Download and Install GoPro VR Player. Note that the GoPro VR Player is no longer supported so you will not be able to download it from the GoPro website. If the above link does not work, try this one - https://www.dropbox.com/s/yap3aw03a4voeki/GoProVRPlayer_x64_305_2018-05-29.exe?dl=0

  2. Open GoPro VR Player and click 'Select Files'. Navigate to the 360-degree image you want to take an image from and select Open.

  3. Select Output > Projection > Rectilinear

  4. Select File > Preferences. On the General Settings tab scroll down and select where you would like to save the screenshots. Once selected, click 'Back to Player'.

  5. Change the view using your mouse to position the 360-degree photo where you would like to capture the image from. Use the scroll button to zoom in and out.

  6. Press Window > Print Screen HQ. Your image will be saved in the location as set in step 4.
